The One-Ingredient Ice Cream.
Recently we found out about this thing called "Nicecream" that it is vegan, dairy-free, and sugar-free (we just love using these words don't we), and a great alternative to ice cream. It's bananas. Literally.
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Freeze the bananas on a tray or in a freezer bag for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. Thaw the bananas a little before blending them in a food processor.
  4. It will look crumbly. Then gooey. Then oatmeal-y. Keep blending till the magic happens when it turns from blended bananas to creamy ice-cream texture. Now's the time to add-in nuts, chocolate, nutella, cinnamon and all the flavours you love.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for solid traditional ice cream!
